Each year the Call for Abstracts highlights the Prehospital Care Research Forum at UCLA activities. Abstracts are received from EMS providers, clinicians, educators, administrators, and students from all over the nation and abroad. A peer-review process determines which authors are invited to present their study at a national conference. Authors frame their studies in the literature, which provides dynamic, interesting and provocative presentations. Conference participants are immersed in a collegial environment where the demystification of research takes place and its application begins.
2023 Call for Abstracts:
Education, Clinical & Systems abstracts due June 30, 2023
All submissions must conform to the PCRF author guidelines.
PCRF follows the ICMJE disclosure of financial and non-financial relationships, activities and conflicts of interest recommendations. Disclosure, if it exists or could be perceived to exist, is required for transparency. Disclosures are evaluated on a case by case basis. While declaration of potential conflicts does not necessarily disqualify a submission, a lack of disclosure is considered a violation of the PCRF author guidelines. Authors with potential conflict should download and e-mail the completed form linked here to: pcrf@mednet.ucla.edu.
