Prerequisites
• If you are a paramedic, nurse or RT you are ready to take the course.
• If you are an EMT you can enroll after completing our ACLS Prep Class, which covers ECG and basic pharmacology.
• Everyone must have a current BLS (CPR) certification.
BLS Recertification
If you have a current BLS certification and you would like to renew, you may take advantage of the BLS Recertification course we will conduct on the same day as our Online ACLS courses in Westwood. This option will be added to your shopping cart when you select ACLS; you are welcome to remove it.
Required Materials
Students in the Traditional (classroom) course only must purchase the AHA ACLS Provider Manual, item number 15-1005, from Laerdal or WorldPoint prior to arriving at class.
