Saturday, October 15, the family, friends, and classmates of UCLA paramedic graduate Mitch Sekine will gather in the tenth year after his passing to honor his memory and continue to build the Mitch Sekine scholarship fund. The fundraiser will feature a curry luncheon prepared by Mitch's family, from noon to 3pm at the San Fernando Valley Japanese American Community Center, 12953 Branford Street, Pacoima, CA 91331. All friends of the UCLA Paramedic Education Program are welcome and encouraged to join us! If you choose to donate, the proceeds will assist a future paramedic student at MItch's alma mater, the UCLA Paramedic Program.
