EMS Educator Resources

Resource Collection

Linked below are a collection of materials our EMS educators have found helpful.

  • COVID Vaccine information – general provider information, and for those training to administer vaccinations

  • Study Guides – these can be used as extra exam prep for your students while they are at home, or as a worksheet which you collect as homework.  These can be downloaded in word format so students can type their answers or printed.

  • EMT Study Grids: We recognize students like to have an organizational flow for review, note taking, and studying.  Thus we use grids to help students organize their thoughts and concepts.  We always try to fill in a few of the boxes to provide examples for students.  Here are a couple examples of what we use in the classroom.  These also make great activities for students who are on hiatus.

  • EMS Education in 2020 and Beyond - free PDF eBook produced by EMS World and iSimulate reviewing tools and techniques for EMS education in this most unusual year.
  • Skills videos – if your students need a bit more practice with their skills, these are our evidence-based skills videos. Consider giving students questions to answer after watching or develop a treatment plan for the patients in the medical and trauma videos.
  • EMT Preparation Course – We have added an additional EMT Preparation Course for students who may have had their course delayed or suspended due to the COVID19 Pandemic.  This is an all online course which reviews the anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology important for the EMT student.  We have hundreds of students take the EMT Prep Couse from all across the country.  This course also works well if your students have had their EMT course suspended and you want them to keep up on content.  There are no expensive materials for this course.  The course starts April 7th and additional details can be found on our EMT Prep Course page. For a quick intro to the course, check out this Powtoon video:
