In this class we will cover the five components of emotional intelligence, and how to develop a high level of success leading your workforce.

As a leader your role is to get work completed through other people, helping them achieve their best in the process. In this class we will outline the foundational skills leaders need to know to develop and coach a highly engaged workforce.
