Payment Plan

To enroll into one of our courses the payment for the course fee must be submitted at the time you sign up. We cannot reserve a spot in a course for you without payment. Please review our Payment Methods page for more information on how to pay.

If you need financial assistance, we encourage you to contact your bank or credit union to inquire about private loans they may offer. Please note that neither federal financial aid nor the GI Bill are available for the Phlebotomy course.

Payment Plan: We offer a payment plan to assist you with paying your course fees. The payment plan requires an initial payment of $835, with the balance due over two additional payments, which must be completed before the course start date. If you sign up for a payment plan, your payment dates will be scheduled at that time. If all payments are not made before the course start date, you will not be able to attend the course.

The payment plan has a $35 sign-up fee, and a $60 fee per payment, so your total cost with the payment plan is $155 more than paying the course fee alone.

The initial payment for the payment plan can be made by cashier's check or by credit/debit card. The second two payments cannot be made by credit card, and must be made online by electronic transfer at the Higher One web site.

To sign up for the payment plan, you must attend a required workshop to make your initial payment and sign the payment plan contract setting out the additional payment dates and terms. For more information or to schedule a workshop date, please email Evelyn Ynsfran, at
