Rosa is a UCLA graduate and has worked in the medical industry for over 20 years. As the Client Services Manager, Rosa's many roles include human resources coordinator, event planning, and coordinator for the Paramedic Refresher Program.  

Since 2001, Rosa served as the Medical Spanish Instructor for several programs including Paramedic Education, Paramedic Refresher, and Fire Department Continuing Education and has received national recognition for her work with the UCLA-Daniel Freeman Paramedic Education program from the National Association of EMS Educators and the UCLA Prehospital Care Research Forum.
